  A Memoriall that by Deeds of Lease & Release bearing date the Twenty Sixth & Twenty Seventh days of September in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventeen and made between Elizabeth Stewart Wid [Widow] & Relict of William Stewart late of Drumeny in the County of Tyrone Gentl. deceased and Andrew Stewart of the City of Londonderry Merch't [Merchant] of the first part Richard Hamilton of Colerane [sic] in the County of Londonderry Gentl. of the second part & Henry Mervyn of Trellick in the County of Tyrone Esq'r of the Third, [3]

... the said Elizabeth and Andrew Stewart did Convey unto the s'd Richard Hamilton and his Heirs All that and those the Towns & Lands of Shergrum Killandhill Barcley Park M'r Maxwell's Holding Gortrush & Killmore being taken and reputed part or parcell of the Lordshipp or severall mannors of Stoy Touchett Aldestown & Omagh or some or one of them in the County of Tyrone aforesaid

... to which said Deeds James Ryan of the City of Dublin [-]ron[-] & Charles Chur[-] [Church?] [4] of Colerane in the County of Londonderry Gentl. are Subscribing Witnesses

  This Day Charles Church of Colerane in the County of Londonderry Gentl came before me & made oath that he saw the above [menconed?] Deeds (of which the above writing is a Mem'l) Signed Sealed & Delivered by the above named Elizabeth Stewart  Andrew Stewart & Richard Hamilton and he likewise saw the above written Mem'l Signed & Sealed by the above named Richard Hamilton and that the name Chas Church Subscribed as a Witness to the said Deeds and the above written mem'l is the proper hand writing of him the s'd
