  A Memorial of Deeds of Lease & Release bear'g date the tenth & Eleventh days of Oct'r one thous'd Seven hun'd & Sixty five the s'd Lease made between Henry Marshall of Mullaghmossagh in the C'o of Tyrone Gent & Joseph Marshall Ed'st son & heir at law of Jos'h Marshall late of Clongeer [3] in s'd C'o Gent dec'd of the one p't [part] & W'm Pringle of Caledon in s'd C'o Gent of the other part [4]

... & the s'd Deed of Release is made Between the s'd Henry Marshall of the first p't & Jos'h Marshall of the Sec'd p't  Galb'h [Galbraith] Lowry Corry of Aghenis in s'd C'o Esq'r of the third p't & the s'd W'm Pringle of the fourth p't
